The new identity for Barnes & Noble is built around the concept of a “bookcase,” inspired by the structured arrangement of books on a shelf. The logo uses vertical typography that resembles book spines, reinforcing the idea. Geometric patterns derived from book arrangements extend the visual language into a cohesive system across various applications.
